Tuesday July 31 2024 I had the pleasure of teaching a class at the Keller Williams Realty Lakewood office. The basics of commercial Real Estate. A fantastic group of agents leas by my good friend and collogue Yaniv Waknin. The agents attending were from the Lakewood office, other KW offices and outside brokerages also. It was a great class and we had some spirited discussion and a lengthy Q and A. Thank you to the agents that attended and a thank you to Steve Neiman of The Federal Savings Bank for sponsoring the event and providing the delicious food. I am planning on holding classes in other DeMoro Group offices. Which office should be next?

We had a great CII Committee (Commercial Industrial Investment) meeting ant the Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors offices in Tinton Falls NJ yesterday afternoon. The entire meeting evolved into a discussion about the pending rules about Real Estate Commission Rules changes that we believe will be implemented sometime soon. We had special guest speakers, Eugene Mulroy Mulroy School of Real Estate and Dino Demoro Broker Associate, Executive Broker, MLS Committee and MORR Director. The meeting ended up a panel with Dino and Eugene, David Reich and Mark Krupnick Co Chairs moderating. It was a very lively and informative discussion.

Last Friday 3/28/24 we had a Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors Commercial Industrial Investment (CII) meeting at Bell Works. A very interesting and unique property that I believe is over one million square feet. The event was sponsored by Movement Mortgage ( Kevin Liotta ) The information and the luncheon was great.
