Beach View Retreat

Beach View Retreat is alive and well. Hurricane Helene did some lower level level flooding with the damage being more isolated to the yard and pool areas. Sadly, the pool equipment took a hit with the flooding and is being replaced at this time. The primary building and living areas are fine and have power, cable and most importantly A/C.

The hurricane Milton was a wind event and no damage sustained.

The space

Once you arrive you will never need to drive anywhere: walk across the street to the beach, to our local favorite Skinny’s Place for burgers, shops, and the Publix grocery store. And if you choose to venture further on the Island you can easily hop on the free trolley at the nearby stop!

You’re going to LOVE staying in this custom-built home. The rooftop sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico are absolutely breathtaking, so kick back with your friends and enjoy the tropical breeze with a nice beer or glass of wine. From the home’s rooftop deck you also have fantastic views of the bay to the east, and even the Sunshine Skyway to the north! Beach View Retreat has new décor throughout, and features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a very secluded private pool & spa. There are also balconies off the living room and another off the upstairs master bedroom.

The main floor features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
