There's just something special about Halloween nostalgia. Glowing jack o' lanterns, colorful decorations, friendly little ghosts, and all the magic that makes this season so much fun! 🧡

We're bringing that nostalgic Halloween spirit to Esker Square with our **Halloween Door Decorating & Jack O' Lantern Contests!**

From **October 14th through October 29th**, all Esker Square residents are welcome and encouraged to participate!

Whether you love classic Halloween decorations, all things spooky, or just want to try something creative, we'd love to see what you come up with! 🎃

🎟️ **And what's a little friendly competition without prizes?**

🥇 1st Place: $100 Rent Credit

🥈 2nd Place: $75 Rent Credit

🥉 3rd Place: $50 Rent Credit

✨ Winners will be announced at our **Esker Square Halloween Party on Thursday, October 29th!**

We're looking forward to seeing our community dressed up for the season and celebrating with all of our wonderful neighbors!

We loved seeing residents from both communities come together for a cozy evening of reading, chatting, snacks, and getting to know our neighbors. 🤎 We had such a great turnout and are already looking forward to doing it all over again!

Meet Noah, our Maintenance Tech! Noah joined the team in June and has been helping keep our communities running smoothly ever since. 🛠️

Naturally, we asked him some very important questions so you could get to know him a little better…

🤠 If you could make one ridiculous thing socially acceptable, what would it be?
“4-day work weeks and bringing back duels like the Wild West.”
One of those feels significantly more HR-approved than the other. 😂

🥤 What’s your emotional support beverage?
“I do love a can of Coke.”
Simple. Classic. Reliable.

🕷️ What’s your most irrational fear?
“Spiders and heights — but not because I’m afraid of falling. Also, being on the ground surrounded by really tall buildings.”

This August, Esker Square & BLVD West are collecting school supplies for local students and teachers.

Whether you donate one item or a whole backpack full, you're helping create brighter beginnings for children in our community.
