⛳️ PMAMM Golf Outing Recap ⛳️

Yesterday, our Aspen Lakes Estates team had the opportunity to attend and participate in the annual PMAMM Golf Outing at Brookshire Golf Club!

The Property Management Association of Mid-Michigan is dedicated to promoting integrity, sound business practices, and quality services throughout the property management industry. PMAMM also serves as a legislative representative for owners and management companies on the local, state, and national levels.

Our Aspen ladies had an amazing day networking with industry professionals, enjoying the beautiful course, and showing off their golf skills! Some even walked away as winners—congratulations to Miranda for winning the 50/50 Helicopter Golf Ball Drop prize! 🎉

Thank you to PMAMM for hosting another fantastic event. We’re proud to be part of an organization that supports and strengthens the property management industry while creating opportunities for professional growth and community connections.

Q: What if I need or want extra keys to my unit?

A: Please stop by the leasing office and request an Extra Key Request Form.

Our team will be happy to walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have with the new lock & key system.

How To Use Our New Lock & Key System

Residents will either have access through the key app or a key fob.
I’m
Using the Key App:

1. Open the app and click the key icon.
2. Place the back of your phone against the lock pad.
3. Once the app says “Connected,” listen for the beep.
4. After you hear the beep, turn the deadbolt to lock or unlock your door.

Using the Key Fob:

1. Place your key fob against the lock pad.
2. Listen for the beep.
3. Once you hear the beep, turn the deadbolt to lock or unlock your door.
