Went “Old School” on this post. Our new listing, on the market for 5 days with multiple offers, now contingent. Not to brag, but to show that Real Estate STILL works🤪 still one of the “safest” investments to make, still a great place to “put” your money. Thank you to our Sellers for trusting us throughout this process. But like Kobe said “job not done.” If you were thinking of “timing” the market, don’t. Buy the house you can afford at the time that it’s affordable. Trust the process, there’s a reason it works 🏡🫶🏼💪🏼

Closing day 🫶🏼🌈🏡 thank you to this wonderful family, my friends for reminding me “why”. They are some of the hardest working people, and they are more than deserving of their own home. It truly takes a village, and our team along with our escrow team and lending worked tirelessly to get this done. Not to mention we had an awesome listing agent to help the process along 😉 . It’s days like these I’m reminded that I am BLESSED to be a blessing, I will continue to be the vessel if you need me.

Closed 🏡🥹🫶🏼 a Christmas present to last for generations. Words cannot explain how blessed I felt to be able to help this family, they worked so hard to get here and never lost faith! A true testament of faith in motion 🥹
