This former Holyoke mill was transformed into 88 affordable apartment homes for seniors through a $55.3 million historic rehabilitation — giving new purpose to a long-vacant landmark!

Memorial Day is a time to honor fallen members of the U.S Armed Forces with remembrance and reflection. We remember and appreciate the ultimate sacrifice made on our behalf by members of the military. Our community will be closed today and resume normal business hours tomorrow!
