All housing applicants will receive an email/mail correspondence from us providing their lottery number, within 7 days. If you believe you should have heard from us and have not, please reach out to us at 413-887-6642 | TTY: 711 or [email protected] to verify we have your correct contact information on file.

As noted, your lottery number alone does not dictate your position on the waitlist as households with applicable preferences will get priority. We will reach out to those households from the waitlist to begin the full application process (verifying program eligibility and housing suitability) and ask for your patience as we get through this process.

Comenzando este lunes 29 de marzo, las bolsas de comida se estarán dando en la parte de atrás del Centro Comunitario de Lyman Terrace en el 17 de la Hampden entre las 12:15-1:30pm. Primero en llegar primero en Servirle.

Usted tiene que venir a buscar sus bolsas de comida, este cambio es debido a que se está desperdiciando demasiada comida.
Si tiene alguna pregunta comuniquese al 413-887-6641 con Aida Gomez Coordinadora al Residente.

Starting on Monday, March 29th, bagged meals will be given out at the back of the Lyman Terrace Community Center, 17 Hampden Street between 12:15pm-1:30pm. We are making this change so no food goes to waste. Call Aida Gomes with questions at 413-887-6642.

These meals are for children up to 18 years old through Holyoke Public Schools.
