The Holyrood Recreation Commission used funding from a community grant to purchase a Precore EFX 835 for the Holyrood Fitness Center. This machine features a low-impact stride and an adjustable incline to offer a customized workout to users of many ages and abilities.

The center, located at the Holyrood Fire Department, offers year-round access to an assortment of equipment in a comfortable, climate-controlled facility. The center is open to the public and those who serve the community. The updated equipment helps to better serve the needs of members, as well as appeals to a larger audience. Grantee Melody Fisher thanks the foundation for its kindness in this award. “The Precore is an extremely positive addition to fitness opportunities at the Holyrood Fitness Center. We are so very grateful to the Smoky Hills Charitable Foundation for its generosity,” says Fisher. 💚🏋️
