A huge congratulations to my seller!

She was in an unfortunate situation with a tenant who hadn’t paid rent in 13 months. 😬 At the point where we met, she had been unable to communicate with the tenants for months, they just stayed. With an eviction at least 9 months out, it probably felt hopeless. Then I got involved.

I spoke with the tenants over the course of a couple of weeks, we came to an agreement and they moved out. Fast forward to Thursday and after multiple offers in the first 3 days, we closed for $35,000 over list price!

When you’re choosing your agent to sell the most expensive thing 99% of people will ever sell, choose wisely. Make sure your agent works for YOU and not for their commission check.
