Mark holds a Broker and Associate Real Estate Broker license and is a member of both the Cortland and Ithaca Board of REALTORS®. Local to the area for over 20 years and with over a decade of experience in real estate, specializing in foreclosures and income properties, Mark possesses the knowledge and desire to provide an expert level of professional service. As an owner and President of Ithacor, property manager, and an income property owner, Mark has practical experience in dealing with buying, selling, and servicing multi-unit properties. A graduate of SUNY Cortland with a Bachelors in Finance, his knowledge of both financial and real estate markets meet to provide a synergy rarely found in the industry. He is truly a student of real estate. Along with his amazing wife, and teammate, Melissa Skodzinsky, Mark is the proud father of three beautiful daughters. Corrie brings with her over 20 years of experience. Licensed in 2000 she received her broker's license in 2006. Born and raised in the Cortland area, she prides herself on her knowledge of the area and current real estate market, and is always current on the continually changing needs of today's buyers and sellers. Corrie was named Realtor Of the Year Award in 2011 by her peers and has been a consistent recipient of the CCBR Golden Circle Award. She applies all of her knowledge and experience to providing quality and professional service to all of her customers and clients.
