Macy Anderson - Realtor Mom of three, animal rescuer, cheer snack mom, and lover of all things local. Oh, and I also happen to help people buy & sell homes ✨ Brokerage: VPR💚

When I’m not chasing kids or chasing coffee, you can probably find me exploring North GA with my family. As a lifelong resident of North Georgia, I've always been passionate about helping those around me. After starting my career as an RN, I somehow managed to discover and fall in love with real estate. Whether it's finding the perfect place to raise a family, or a home that fits your next chapter- or even if you just need to vent to a fellow mom about the turmoils of toddlerhood, or want recommendations for a great local spot to grab a treat- I'm here to offer genuine support and local expertise. I believe a home is so much more than a house—it's the heart of your community and the foundation for your life's next adventure.

🍂 Thinking about selling this fall? Here's what I'm telling my sellers right now 👇

✨ Price for the market you HAVE, not the one you wish you had. Fall buyers are fewer — but they're serious. The right price brings them through the door; the wrong one has them scrolling past.

✨ Light is everything. Days are getting shorter, so open every blind, turn on every light, and get photos taken while the leaves are still pretty. A bright house photographs — and shows — so much better.

✨ Showing-ready beats perfect. You don't need a renovation. You need clear counters, fresh towels, and a front porch that says "come on in." Small touches make buyers feel at home fast.

Selling — or just curious what your home could do this fall? DM me or text (706) 599-3066 — let's talk strategy 💛 macysellsga.com

🍂 October home prep checklist — because the first cold snap always finds the thing you forgot 😅

A few things worth knocking out before it gets properly cold:

✅ Flip ceiling fans to clockwise (pushes warm air back down)
✅ Change your HVAC filter — it's been working hard all summer
✅ Disconnect and drain garden hoses so pipes don't freeze
✅ Clean the gutters before the leaves really pile up
✅ Test smoke + CO detectors (fresh batteries while you're at it)
✅ Seal drafty windows and doors — your power bill will thank you

Future you, cozy on the couch in January, says thanks 😌

It's GAME DAY 🏈❤️🖤

Our Dawgs take on Bama TODAY and I am EXCITED. I'd sit through just about anything to watch UGA beat Bama…

But y'all, with this weather out there, please stay safe. If you're headed to Tuscaloosa, drive careful. If you're watching from the couch like me, stay warm and dry.

Go Dawgs! 🐾
