Want to know how to get your offers accepted 🤝? Even when you offer less 🤔? Then read this post!

As an investor, to make money 💰, it’s all about finding a “Deal”. Whether your are flipping, wholesaling, BRRRR’ing, buying & holding, whatever… you make money when you buy and not when you execute your exit strategy… whether it be selling, a cash out refi, etc.

What I mean by this is that if you buy right, your profit is already baked into the deal and your odds for profiting are greatly increased!

Here are 4 tips to help get your offers accepted even when offering less:

🔹As an investor, off market deals are usually where you will find the best deals. If you can find a property FSBO (For Sale By Owner) or via marketing to motivated sellers, you have a better chance than going with an MLS listed property.

🔹Give the seller a couple offers instead of just one to consider. By providing options, the seller is less likely to think YES or NO and instead select one of the options.

🔹Send the seller a digital purchase and sale agreement. Make things easy, organized, and professional. Make it easy!

🔹Re-offer later. Remind yourself to re-contact the seller a couple weeks later and make your offer again. Some of the best deals come after an initial rejection.
