👀 Birmingham Real Estate is showing signs of heating up 🔥 inventory remains low but more homes are coming on the market slowly. Days on market is steadily increasing which is a good thing for buyers. Interest rates are creeping up so it’s a good idea to get with your lender and discuss locking your rate earlier rather than later.

We are seeing homes go under contract quickly and one sign of a growing HOT market is the number of multiple offers we are seeing on the listing side.
