Her passion for design escalated as her residential career began Birmingham. Erin’s knowledgeable reputation, within the building industry, established SWAG Design Studio, in 2009. Fulfilling a need the Birmingham area lacked, SWAG provides the real estate market an opportunity to visualize every vacant space through home staging & design services. With an extensive background in new construction, Erin understands the demographics and the dynamics of a competitive marketplace. In 2014, Mollie Piccirilli joined SWAG as Design Director to enhance the collaboration with clients, project managers, builders, and realtors to ensure our vision becomes their reality. At SWAG Design Studio, we strive to not only enhance and promote the relationship between you and your client but to also inspire loyalty and future sales. In addition, We provide on trend design selections for new construction homebuilders in addition to turnkey model homes furnishings and home staging options for residential & commercial projects. Meet Elixir. Once the first home of Leeds Drug Company on 9th Street - and later home to Leeds Cleaners and Aladdin Cleaners - this building is getting ready for its next life: a bar + Airbnb.

And we’re not erasing the good stuff. Original tile mosaic floors, pressed-tin ceilings, exposed brick, historic doors and glass hardware will be restored and worked into the new design, with SWAG taking it from finishes all the way through furnishings.

A little restoration. A lot of personality. And nearly a century of history we fully intend to show off. This historic building is getting some SWAG💥 get ready to follow along!
