Good Morning Peeps! I have a few buyers actively looking for their new home and I wanted to reach out and see if you know of something coming up that's not on the market yet.
Buyer #1 - Lytle, Atascosa, Natalia area. Needs a move in ready home at least 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. No HOA. Decent area. Elderly couple. Max budget is $175K
Buyer #2 - Jourdanton / Pleasanton area. Move in ready home on at least 1 acre but no more than 5 acres. Minimum 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Max budget $400K. Buyer will be in town within the next couple of weeks to see what's available. Cash buyer.
Buyer #3 - Pearsall. Minimum 3 bedroom 2 bath. Move in ready but a few minor repairs are okay. No manufactured homes. East of Oak Street. If there's a couple of acres, even better. Max budget $300K.
