Tuscany Court Townhomes: Lead Maintenance
Candidates must possess strong technical/ mechanical skills and take pride in his/her work. Ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repairing items related to items such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general appliance and make-readies. Previous Maintenance experience and certifications are a plus. EPA Certification preferred for Lead Maintenance.

Performs necessary repairs and preventative maintenance to preserve all buildings and equipment at a peak level of operation and appearance at the most reasonable level of expense possible. Performs and direct repairs and/or replacements of all mechanical and structural systems contained within the respective property. Must be HVAC Certified. Pool experience is a plus.
Provides day to day quality service to the residents. Uses company-supplied materials and equipment and understands and conveys manufacturer’s recommendations and directions regarding same to others. This is a line position with direct impact on company funds.
They property was built in 2006, and has 76 units (19 buildings)

CONDUCTS COMMUNITY OUTREACH to all new and existing residents, using a variety of methods including door knocking, house meetings, flyers, newsletters, and informational meetings. PROMOTES AND FACILITATES youth programs and special projects to all new and existing children, and young adults through our After School Program. We also will be having a Summer program for our school aged residents June 17-July 25th. Required skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, time management, good housekeeping, and an open availability.
