Last week was also a great week in real estate. I had the opportunity to help two wonderful sellers close on their homes, and I truly appreciate both of them trusting me to represent them and handle the sale of their properties.
Both homes went under contract in less than one week. One sold for full price, and the other sold significantly above the asking price.
So why do some homes sit on the market month after month while others sell quickly for full price or more?
