Happy Friday, friends!

Just like with any job or career, real estate has its good days and bad days, and it can definitely feel like an emotional roller coaster from time to time. But every once in a while, I get reminded exactly why I chose to move back home and join my father at REMAX over 20 years ago.

Today was one of those days.

Helping guide a seller or buyer through one of the biggest decisions of their life is something I never take lightly. My goal is always to do everything I can to make sure they feel supported, protected, and happy with the outcome on closing day.

This seller had tried to sell his home with two other brokers over the past few years before contacting me. It was a beautiful and unique riverfront home in the Upper Delaware River area, and I knew it needed the right targeted marketing to reach the right buyers.

And we found them.

When I showed the home to the buyers, two bald eagles flew right over the property and across the river. At that moment, it felt like it was meant to be. The seller was thrilled to know that the people buying his home truly loved it and would cherish the special place he created along the river. The buyers were just as happy, and they even wrote me a very kind note and gave me an awesome gift card to The Eldred Preserve.

Some days are better than others, and today was definitely one of those days.
