We are looking to fill our two rooms with tenants who are responsible, clean, quiet, working professionals.
ROOM 1: $850 unfurnished or $950 furnished
ROOM 2 (with own toilet): $900 unfurnished or $1,000 furnished
Room 3: occupied
This is a private 3BR home located 3 minutes to Makaha beach and a few meters from Pu'uwai Nursing Home.
Utilities included (water, electric, wifi); will charge extra for A/C.
Digital locks on all doors.
Shared furnished living room, dining, bathroom, and kitchen (with refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, cooking utensils).
Coin-operated washer&dryer on premises.
Off-street parking.
Only ONE occupant per room,
Minimum lease term of 1 year.
First month's rent and one month security deposit due on lease contract signing.
