There’s more to life than real estate.

I love what I do as a Hawai’i real estate agent, but I also love traveling, photography, videography, cooking, and exploring new places. Living and working in Hawaiʻi means there’s always something new to experience, and I want to share more of those moments here, too.

A little real estate, a little island life, and everything in between.

Been licensed 20+ years and I've seen this in every slow market:

A listing sits with zero activity for weeks. Then out of nowhere, 2-3 offers come in at once.

Our team is seeing it happen on our own listings right now.

Moral of the story? If you love a home, don't wait to see if the price will drop lower. Be prepared so you can secure it when it counts.

You could spend months upgrading another unit. Or move into the one that’s already finished.

Take a closer look at 1500 Rycroft St , a high-floor corner Honolulu condo in Ala Moana with a wraparound lanai and views of Diamond Head, Magic Island, the Pacific Ocean, the Honolulu skyline, and Friday night fireworks.

What separates this 3-bedroom condo from the rest? The upgrades are already here.

Custom cabinetry. Automatic shades. Built-in lighting. Upgraded flooring throughout. Custom closets. An oversized laundry room. Two side-by-side parking stalls.

And downstairs, resort-style amenities put the pool, fitness center, spa, theater, BBQ areas, park, playground, and more right outside your door.

Located near Ala Moana Center, Waikiki, and Honolulu’s beaches, this luxury condo combines custom interiors, expansive ocean and Diamond Head views, resort-style amenities, and everyday convenience.

10 families. 10 closings. One September we’re incredibly grateful for.

From Honolulu condos to single-family homes across Oʻahu, every closing represents a client who trusted us to help navigate an important real estate decision.

This month took us from the neighborhoods of Lower Nuʻuanu, Kailua, Nānākuli-Maili, Kapiʻolani, Ewa Villages, Waipio Gentry, Pearlridge, Makiki, and Wailuna. Different communities, different properties, and a lot of people who made each closing possible.

Grateful to our clients, partners, and everyone who helped make these transactions happen. Proud to help buyers and sellers throughout Honolulu, Oʻahu, and Hawaii.

What makes an offer stand out when a home receives multiple offers?

In a competitive Oʻahu real estate market, getting your offer accepted is about more than simply offering the highest price. Sellers may also consider the strength of the overall offer, the buyer’s ability to perform, the terms, and how well the offer fits their goals.

Our listing received 16 offers after 130 families attended the open house, creating a highly competitive situation for buyers.

If you’re buying a home in Honolulu or anywhere on Oahu, the key is understanding what makes an offer compelling from the seller’s perspective.

The right offer strategy starts before you find the home you want.
