The answer is to get pre-qualified by a loan officer! You can use mortgage calculators you find online but none of them pull realistic numbers for how much loan you can afford ☝️

Prepare these 5 documents and I can intro you to a trusted loan officer! Once pre-qualified, you will receive a letter stating the max price for a home you can afford! 🏠
