It's Market Report time ✅

Check out this snapshot of what went down in Hawaii’s residential market last month in comparison to the year before 📊🗓

This month is extra special because we have not only the month of December but also year-to-date for 2021 🔥

For the month of December we see the median sales price for a single family home holding strong at $1,050,000. While for Condos we see it at $485,000 which is 6.6% higher than the previous year but less than what we saw in November at $500,000.

For 2021 vs 2020 is was clearly a seller’s market this past year. SF home prices were up nearly 20% and condos up a little over 9%! Pairing these prices with limited days on market and the percentage of original list price received can depict just how competitive the Hawaii market was in 2021 💥
