🔹The two major ways you can hold a real estate in Hawaii.🌴

🔹Fee Simple = You owned the land and the building that it’s standing on. 🏢

🔹Leasehold = You own the building but somebody owns the land it’s standing on and you are paying the owner of the land to borrow the land.

🔹Leasehold is way cheaper than a Fee Simple.

We will have a full moon today, Thursday, and if you will be able to look up and squint your eyes a little, you could see a ""FOR SALE"" sign!

What's going on?!

There are a number of companies that ""sell"" land on the moon for a fraction of the price of a plot of land on Earth.

However, according to the Outer Space Treaty, outer space is not subject to national ownership. This means that no one's claim to ownership of the Moon, whether governmental or private, can be enforced or acknowledged as legitimate.

What's my advice? Save that $30 for a nice bottle of champagne when you close on your dream home!
