This month, we see a distinct 'tale of two markets' on Oahu. Single-family homes are in ultra-competitive territory, selling in a median of just 16 days! 💨 While closed sales are up, median prices saw a slight dip, pointing to intense competition for affordable listings.

Our condo market, meanwhile, is experiencing a different shift. Closed sales slowed, but median prices continued to edge up. The big story for condos is the increase in active inventory, now at a healthier 7.0 months of supply, offering buyers much-needed selection and power.
