August 2025 Oahu Real Estate Market Update

Sales stayed relatively steady, prices slightly increased, and inventory showing some decline.

Here’s what stood out this month:
• SFH prices increased to $1.105M & condos to $515K from last month
• No. of sales stayed the same for condos, increased for SFH
• Inventory is down from July 2025
• Homes are still sitting longer: 22 days for SFH, 48 for condos

2024 December Oahu Real Estate Market Stats 🏡

🔥 NEW RECORD of $540,000 for condo median sale prices. The previous high was $536,000 back in March 2023.

1️⃣ Inventory has increased from last December giving more options for buyers.
2️⃣ Sales are rising - The amount of SFH and condo home sales rose in December from last December!
3️⃣ Modest price growth in homes from last December, SFH +5.8% and condos+5.9%.
