One of the most rewarding commitments I’ve made outside of real estate has been serving as a Big Sister through Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaiʻi. 💚
This past Sunday, my Little Sis Haley and I celebrated our 4-year Match Anniversary. While this year brought a few challenges and learning moments, we worked through them together and are looking forward to ending the year on a strong note.
We spent the day enjoying the simple things; walking through Kapiʻolani Park, sharing lunch, and spending quality time together. Sometimes the most meaningful moments aren’t the big events, but the consistency of simply showing up.
Over the last four years, I’ve had the privilege of watching Haley grow into an amazing young woman. At the same time, she’s taught me lessons about resilience, patience, and the importance of connection.
Mentorship isn’t always perfect, but it’s always worth it.
Happy 4-year anniversary, Haley. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. 💜

📊 O‘ahu Housing Market Update April 2026 🏡

O‘ahu’s real estate market experienced a slight cooling in April, with both sales activity and median prices easing compared to this time last year. While overall transactions declined modestly, buyer demand remains active.
Here are a few key highlights from the April Market Statistics Report:

▫️ Single-family home sales decreased 4.6% year-over-year to 230 sales
▫️ Condo sales declined 4.3% with 378 closed sales
▫️ Median single-family home prices dipped 1.7%
▫️ Condo median price decreased 1.0% to $500,000
▫️ Homes are still moving quickly:
• Single-family homes: 24 median days on market
• Condos: 38 median days on market
📈 Notable market activity:
✔️ Single-family home sales between $900K–$1.09M increased 37.8%
✔️ Condo sales between $400K–$499K rose 26.9%
✔️ Luxury condo sales from $1M–$1.99M jumped 50%
Pending sales also showed continued buyer confidence:
🔹 Single-family pending sales up 1.5%
🔹 Condo pending sales up 8.0%

With factors like mortgage rates, condo insurance costs, and affordability continuing to shape the market, buyers are remaining strategic, but active, when the right opportunities arise.

📊 Oʻahu Real Estate Market Update March 2026
March saw a notable increase in activity within Oʻahu’s single-family home market, especially for homes priced under $1M, while condominium activity remained more moderate compared to last year.
🏡 Single-Family Homes
• Sales increased 26.2% year-over-year (260 transactions)
• Median price rose 3.4%
• Strong growth in homes priced $999,999 and below (+31.9%)
🏢 Condominiums & Townhomes
• Sales declined 4.9% (351 transactions)
• Median price increased 2.0% to $510,000
• Nearly 50% of sales occurred between $300K–$599K
📈 Market Insights
• Affordable range demand remains strong: 178 sales under $500K in March
• Days on Market:
– Single-family homes: 21 days (up from 15)
– Condos: 43 days (up from 40)
• Inventory:
– Single-family homes remain limited (↓10.6% YoY)
– Condo inventory relatively stable
