O‘ahu’s May 2026 real estate market reflected continued movement, resilience, and opportunity across both single-family homes and condominiums.

Single-family home sales rose 8.5% year-over-year, while the median sales price remained relatively steady at $1,166,000. Condo sales saw a softer month in volume, down 9.4% year-over-year, while the median condo price increased to $520,000.

Buyer activity also remained ahead of last year, with pending sales up in both the single-family and condo markets—an important signal as affordability, financing, and inventory continue to shape real estate decisions across O‘ahu.
