🌺 Oʻahu Market Update | August 2026

New possibilities. Your next chapter.

August brought encouraging activity to Oʻahu’s single-family home market, with sales increasing 1.9% year over year and the median sales price reaching $1,240,000, up 12.2%. Sold homes spent a median of just 17 days on the market, compared with 22 days last August.

For condominium buyers, there were more choices to explore, with active inventory increasing 4.1% year over year and a median sales price of $510,000. Nearly half of August’s condo sales closed below $500,000, highlighting options across a range of budgets.
