Oahu’s September market showed mixed momentum. 🏠

Your Zestimate has never been inside your house.

It doesn't know about the new HVAC you installed last spring. It hasn't seen the quartz countertops, the renovated primary bath, or how quiet your street gets at 6pm. It doesn't know you're on a cul-de-sac, that the school district boundaries shifted in your favor, or that every home on your block has sold in under a week for the past year.
