What a great transaction and an even greater month 🙌🏽

One of the best parts of this closing was reconnecting with my old colleagues from Tanaka of Tokyo where I worked back in 2014–2016. Life has a funny way of bringing people back together in the most meaningful moments 💛

I was so happy to be part of their journey as first-time home buyers. They’re young professionals who knew exactly what they were doing, exactly what they wanted, and exactly what they needed in a home — which made the process even more exciting to watch.

Referred by a past client, this turned into such a smooth transaction with a client who truly showed up throughout the process. The result?Over $43,000 negotiated back into my client’s pocket during escrow!🫡

On the personal side, right in the middle of it all, I got to escape for four days with Batyr. Good times, great memories, and watching him crush his accomplishments was everything🙌

Pacifica Honolulu SOLD ✨

So happy for these amazing clients, whom I first met at an open house back in November. They were relocating to Hawaii for work, and we stayed in touch through the sale of their home in California. Once everything closed there, we made a plan and started writing offers here in Honolulu.

It was such a positive experience from start to finish. I also got to help with some upgrades in the unit. I love being a one-stop shop for my clients and connecting them with the best vendors.

On the home front, I was the rock for Batyr as he prepared for his state championships in gymnastics and chess, while Rosie was happily focused on food and fun 🤌🏽😂

The amazing teamwork with Team Kiriu on the listing side and Kyle Cutwright on the financing side made this transaction even more special. I’m so grateful for how smoothly everything came together🤍
