I’m not a vegan (don't think I'll ever be) but I recently discovered

Leahi Health Restaurant and wow they have some delicious food and smoothies! Here are 4 reasons why you should check out Leahi Health next time you’re near Kaimuki, Manoa, Aina Haina or Hawaii Kai.

1. They have the best avocado tacos you’ll ever have (my favorite are the Rainbow Tacos)! Seriously, I don’t know what kind of secret sauce they’re putting in these tacos, but damn...they are to die for!

2. Each and every one of their smoothies is absolutely delicious (no they are not paying me to say this), I’ve been coming here for a while now and have had almost all of them and I can honestly say, there isn’t a single one that I don’t like (pro tip, add MCT oil to yours for an added boost). My favorite smoothie right now is the Coffee Monster

3. They have a great deal on Tuesdays and Saturdays where you get any 2 tacos and any smoothie for $15 – this is my go to special

4. The kale avocado salads are super filling and delicious! (something I never thought I'd say) 😅

It took me 6 years living in Honolulu to find this place..

If you’ve been on island for a while, you’re familiar with that feeling you get when you find out your favorite restaurant has closed forever (RIP Encore Saloon…)

Well…I have some good news for you. This place has been in business for over 15 years, they have 2 locations (Chinatown & Kahala) and they’re not going anywhere.

Next time you’re craving some pizza, cold beers and some Irish Pub vibes, check out J. Dolan's, you won’t be disappointed!
