Congratulations on your new home Michael! (My friend/client's name is also Michael)

Ok, we actually closed a month ago on his condo, but I helped him move 2,000lbs of flooring with my truck and he was a good sport about recreating the shot of me handing him the keys in front of his door...even though it's not actually his front door key.

Yes, that's right I said 2,000lbs of flooring. It was 44 boxes weighing about 45lbs each. The forklift guy actually wasn't sure if my 2004 Tacoma compact truck could handle it.

"Are you sure?" he asked me.

"Yeah brah, I've hauled full beds of dirt before."

"Hmm... Yeah, dirt is heavy. Ok!"

And he lowered the pallet onto the bed of my truck and I watched the back of my truck sink several inches and my back shocks flexed all the way to the max. No problem (hopefully)! The drive from Mapunapuna to Mililani happened without any hiccups - it was just a very bouncy drive.

The Pride parade and festival were this last Saturday and all those in attendance seemed to have an enjoyable time.

Berkshire Hathaway had a booth inside the festival showcasing and giving away various LGBT flags ... and who knew there were so many of them? This apparently is just the tip of the iceberg too, there are plenty of other flags that weren't represented at the booth. I've since found over 20 flags on Google that weren't displayed.

I actually thought the guys that were flying the blue/black/white flag with the red dog bone made that flag up, but it apparently represents those who like "puppy play" (does not involve actual puppies).

I was told I should be using the 80/20 rule for business posting on social media: 80% personal stuff where you see my face and 20% business-related things where I remind you that I'm a Realtor that can help you buy and sell property. Supposedly the reasoning behind that is to make you like and trust me. 🤷‍♂️

The computer work I was doing for hours yesterday - making a list of property owners and then removing names from that list - doesn't share very well on social media. But I finished that by the early afternoon and decided to go for a hike. It was overcast and gloomy but otherwise dry.

Luckily we live in Hawaii where, even in Honolulu, adventures are just minutes away - even within city limits.

(This hike is potentially very dangerous. Please don't attempt this hike without proper gear and experience.)
