Could Oahu’s real estate market be changing more than you think?

Hawaii Kai home prices jumped 26%, while North Shore condo prices surged 44% in August 2026.

The latest Oahu real estate market update also shows a mixed picture for sales, with some neighborhoods seeing increases while others experienced declines.

The numbers are especially interesting when you look at individual neighborhoods and condo communities. Short-term rental rules are also an important factor for buyers considering North Shore properties.
