This is when all of the final paperwork is signed, the loan is finalized, and everything is officially in place for closing. But after signing what seems like a mountain of paperwork, you don't get to move in just yet. The deed has to be recorded and it takes a few days so you have to wait.

Next up: Closing Day or Recordation Day!🔑
My buyers have affectionately named this the sweetest day of the process so we celebrated in the best way possible—with delicious Hawaiian-inspired cookies from CRUMBL!
