The Old Blaisdell Hotel

The Old Blaisdell Hotel Offering small, private workspaces and offices for rent, we are conveniently located between Downtow

The historic Blaisdell Hotel is one of the landmarks of Downtown Honolulu. Built in 1913 and continuously existing as a hotel until 1980, the building now houses a variety of artistic and small business tenants: from tattoo artists and photographers to Fort Street Mall facing restaurants and doctors' offices. Of course one of the unique historic attractions of Honolulu is located in the building -

the last manually operated elevator in the state. Restored to its authentic look and feel the "birdcage" elevator runs just the way it did it took the former hotel's guests in the 1930s. One of Honolulu's most colorful office buildings is a part of Hawaii's 20th century heritage and its affordable rents continue to attract a vibrant scene today. Recently, the hundred year old Blaisdell has been prominently featured in publications like Honolulu magazine and Hawaii Business and on KHON2. Get in touch with Honolulu's living history and come and visit us today.
