First tournament in the books! ⛳️ Had so much fun playing in the Eiwa Golf Tournament at MidPac. We played a 9 hole best ball scramble, made some great memories, and even brought home a few fun tchotchkes, plus some cash and golf lesson prizes. Already looking forward to the next one!

🌋✨ We had the privilege of hearing from John DeFries, Executive Director of the Mauna Kea Stewardship and Oversight Authority, at Rotary today, and I really enjoyed hearing him speak.

I’d never heard anyone explain Mauna Kea from this perspective before. Learning that it’s considered the firstborn child of Wākea and Papahānaumoku and is viewed as the piko, the spiritual connection between the heavens and the earth, gave me a much deeper appreciation for why it’s so sacred.

What resonated with me most was how forward-focused his message was. He spoke about stewardship, understanding, and asking different questions. It was a thoughtful perspective that gave me a deeper appreciation for Hawaiian culture and the significance of Mauna Kea. 🌺

On a personal note, today was also my first Rotary meeting serving as Director of Membership for the Rotary Club of Honolulu. It was pretty cool to be recognized, and I’m excited for this new chapter! 🤝✨

This one was such a special journey. After searching for several years, we found a home that was truly worth the wait. It’s an incredible property that gives the whole family the opportunity to be together while still having their own private spaces. Exactly what they were hoping for.

From the gorgeous custom details and owned solar to the fruit trees and amazing craftsmanship throughout, this home is absolutely one of a kind. I honestly believe it’s one of the most impressive homes in the neighborhood, and I’m so happy we were able to secure it at an incredible value.

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with industry partners, explore new products and services from our affiliate vendors, and stay up to date on what’s happening in Hawaii real estate. One of the highlights was hearing from Stanford Carr about the exciting plans for the upcoming Aloha Stadium redevelopment.

Grateful to be part of an organization that values education, collaboration, and community. Great conversations, great lunch, and plenty of ideas to bring back to better serve my clients. 🌺🤝

Feels like Gemini season officially kicked off summer ☀️♊️🌺✨

We had our List Sotheby’s International Realty pau hana 🍹 a LifeWave patch party with Susanna 💙 a laid back golf day at Mid-Pacific Country Club ⛳️ and got to check out the cutest little beach house in Kailua 😍🏡🌊

Tiny beach cottage energy tucked just behind Kailua Beach Park and it seriously felt like my dream home 🏝️✨ Listed at $2.1M, which is actually such a rare entry point for that location, especially being so close to one of the most beautiful beaches on Oʻahu ☀️🌊

So incredibly proud of Kiana for earning her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa 🎓🌺

This was such a special day for our family, and we were all so happy to be there celebrating this huge milestone with her. Watching all of the hard work, dedication, and determination that led up to this moment has been amazing to see.

Kiana, you’ve worked so hard for this and we already know you’re going to go out there and absolutely kick some butt in whatever comes next. The future is bright, and we can’t wait to see everything you accomplish. ❤️✨

Honestly just nice to slow down, have a proper date night, and chill together 💫 and yes… all the yummy drinks did not disappoint 🍹😄
