Build from your roots. Always a pleasure spending time with the OG himself, 🙏🏾

We originally met back in the summer of 2004 when he came back to run a skills camp for middle and high school players. I had just graduated from Kalaheo and was on my way to chase my hoop dreams of playing in college. Coach Phil walks into one of the clinics I was going to, Kalakaua Clinic run by another legend Coach Agena. We instantly connected and became family. Ever since then I’ve looked up to him as a friend, mentor and big brother. 18 years, 3 NBA Titles and major career moves later, we find ourselves back in the 808 talking about ways we can build our community up through hard work, dedication and becoming our own Greatest Of All Time, hence .

This is 36!!

Grateful for another trip around our sun. 2022 has been off to a great start! From getting keys to my new office (announcement coming very soon!) to spending the day with my brother, the gym a beach session and dinner with the family, I couldn’t ask for a better day to step into 36.

Big mahalos to everyone for all the birthday wishes 🙏🏾❤️ I can’t wait to celebrate with you all very soon! Until then, let’s keep working toward our goals and dreams everyday ⚒

With so many defining moments last year, it’s hard to pick one. Overall, 2021 year pushed me beyond my comfort zone and showed me what’s possible when you put your head down and focus on becoming 1% better everyday. I’m eternally grateful for everyone who contributed to my growth in any way, shape or form. From being a Poolman to Principal Broker, this year was unforgettable and one I will continue reference for years to come. One of the biggest lessons I learned was to find a way to grow through my challenges.

My goal for the year was to stabilize and I can confidently say mission accomplished 🙏🏾

This years theme: build Legacy.

Looking back, I wanted to share several accomplishments with you:

Personal:
* Invested in the best leadership and performance coaching program with
* Untangled numerous mental knots that were holding me back from consistent progress
* Invested in a Virtual Executive Assistant to help me
* Officiated my first wedding in Mexico with some of my best friends
* Gained massive clarity on my Big 4 Goals

Professional:
* Assisted in The Chart House Waikiki survive the depths of the pandemic
* Became Principal Broker within 5 months
* Starting a new commercial real estate brand coming to the islands (more to come very soon)

Family:
* Helped my dad clean his swimming pool route while he recovered from knee replacement surgery from January to July.
* Helped my brother become a partner in a local Covid testing company with aggressive national expansion plans.
* Introduced Moringa from to my family to help them improve their health during these times.

Fitness:
* Jump started my fitness/athlete journey after a 15 year break
* Hiked Koko Crater 56+ times since June. Going multiple times per day with a goal of completing 808 round trips within two years (updated timeline for my goal)
* Started F45 Training - completed 95 sessions. This is to ensure optimal functional movements for all of my hobbies and performance.

Community
* Assisted in starting the first Digital Arts Academy in collaboration with Jasper Wong, founder of POW! WOW! at Palama Settlement. We graduated 16 high school students in two months in their ideal career path with the best street art organization in the world.
* Installed the first Farmacy boxes at Palama Settlement in collaboration with Mountain View Farms to change how we think about being healthier through better food choices.
* Helped coach the boys varsity basketball team at Kailua High School to our Summer League Championship game.

Happy Mele Kalikimaka! Last night I got to #50! There’s still a long ways to go, but I wanted to take the time to celebrate this win in my goal to 808.
