This is a great building where it’s centrally located between downtown and Chinatown. HOA is on the lower side compared to other buildings in the area. When we started looking here, there were a few other options but this one was renovated really nicely. They didn’t take shortcuts and was a great value. We also got it for $10,000 under listing price too!

I am ecstatic to have got this sold for my client. I sold this to her a few years ago and now with a growing family, it’s time for something bigger.

This was a high floor unit with fantastic mountain views. The owners kept the home in immaculate shape and it was move in ready. We were able to work with the buyer and their agent through their 1031 exchange for this.

It’s a great feeling to purchase a home, an even different feeling when it’s brand new and you didn’t have to wait 3 years for it to be built. Luckily, I had a client that was ready to find a place of her own and we looked at a few then came to Park at Keeaumoku.

This was one of the few remaining units after the initial wave of people who moved in and we got to see a few of the available units in the building and landed on one that fit her needs.

A brand new building on the growing Keeaumoku area is now up and residents have moved in. The building has fantastic amenities with the floor sitting high up to over look the skyline. They also opened a great eatery downstairs, Midtown Eats. With more stores including Starbucks slated to open soon.

My client got to see the few remaining units that were available and chose the one that best fit her lifestyle. Looking to continue moving through this smoothly with the developers team to closing. Almost there!

Super stoked to help my friend/client to find his first home! We started this journey 6 months ago looking in Mililani Mauka for a home but just couldn’t find the right one. We looked at one in Koa Ridge earlier and months later came back to Koa Ridge.

This house fits and checks all the boxes for him and im glad we found the house that fit all his needs. It is a beautiful home and im so thankful to be able to help with this.
