There are some people who are content with status quo. Then there’s Stephanie Lam. From the moment her feet hit the floor in the morning, this dynamic individual is off and running. Whether she’s hiking up the trail in Makapuu with her good friends or working hard in her career, you can be sure that once Steph kicks into high gear, she stays that way until she’s accomplished what she has set out t

o do. Music in Motion
When Steph has a goal in mind, she channels all of her energy and focus into making it happen. Growing up in a musically-inclined household is what initially inspired Steph’s pursuit of the violin. However, it was her enthusiasm for music as well as her diligence and drive in perfecting the strings that helped Steph excel at her craft. At the prestigious Iolani School, she started her journey as Concert Mistress of the school’s second highest orchestra. Steph soon earned the spotlight at several music competitions, played with the Hawaii Youth Symphony group and even traveled to New York City to perform at Carnegie Hall with the Iolani Concert Orchestra. At the pinnacle of her violin career, she was named Concert Mistress of Iolani School’s highest orchestra and led this group to receive the highest marks in the history of the school’s competition at the Parade of Orchestras. Having an Impact
Along with her drive to be the best, this Honolulu local is also a thoughtful and caring individual who goes the distance to make a difference. Prior to pursuing her business degree at George Washington University, Steph put her talents to work by tutoring a young violin prodigy. Seeing the impact she had on her apprentice ultimately motivated Steph to pursue a master’s in education through the highly-prominent MEdtT Program at the University of Hawaii, Manoa. This respected professional later accepted a position teaching third grade at Lanakila School and enjoyed igniting her students’ interests on various subjects before pursuing new opportunities in business. The Power to Achieve
The same energy and drive that propels Steph through life is also powering her career as one of East Honolulu’s leading real estate professionals. When people put their goals into Steph’s hands, she won’t stop until she’s achieved them. From her positive, upbeat approach to her business savvy and extensive knowledge of the island, Steph goes the distance to help her clients make the most of their home purchase or sale. Making It Happen! The people who work with Steph find her approach to real estate truly refreshing. She is hardworking and diligent about helping you find the perfect home or the right buyer. Did you know that Ala Moana ground level parking by Foodland is no longer free unless you're going to Foodland? I never paid much attention assuming parking was all free. Just saw this sign the other day.
