One of the biggest takeaways from this meetup:

You don’t have to own a home to start learning how to build wealth.

Most people hear “HELOC” and immediately think, “Well, I don’t own a house.”

But that’s exactly why we host these meetups.

Even if you’re not a homeowner yet, understanding how HELOCs work gives you a better understanding of how investors think, how deals are funded, and what opportunities may be available in the future.

And if you don’t own a home today, there are still other tools worth learning about—like a Personal Line of Credit (P-LOC) and a Business Line of Credit (B-LOC). The more you understand your options, the better prepared you’ll be when the right opportunity comes along.
