Still one of the most active segments. Buyers are ready, but extremely price-sensitive.

🏠 $1M–$2M homes
More balanced. Buyers are negotiating more and comparing multiple properties.

✨ Luxury homes
Demand is driven by lifestyle, location, and uniqueness more than interest rates.

🏢 Condos
Buyers are digging deep into building finances, insurance, and reserve funds.

Here’s the big takeaway:

Some homes are selling quickly, while others sit for months.

Often the difference comes down to pricing, preparation, and positioning within the right micro-market.
