HOME SELLERS! Looking for your legal rights regarding the NAR settlement? You may qualify to file a claim, and you do not need to have sold your home using Anywhere, RE/MAX, Keller Williams, Compass, Real Brokerage, Realty ONE, , Douglas Elliman, Redfin, Engel & Völkers, HomeSmart, or United Real Estate agent to make a claim. Home sellers who sold a home during the eligible date ranges, whereby the home was sold on an MLS anywhere in the U.S., and paid a commission to a real estate brokerage in connection with the sale of the home—will be informed about NAR’s proposed settlement through a Class Notice, by mail or electronically.
