One of my favorite things about real estate is realizing that everyone’s timeline looks different 🤍
This couple first reached out to me over a year ago after seeing one of my Instagram posts about affordable housing. At the time, buying wasn’t an immediate “right now” decision. They simply wanted to understand what was possible.
Instead of rushing the process, they got intentional.

When they were ready, we toured homes, submitted offers, lost out on a couple along the way, and kept moving forward.
Eventually, they found a sweet 3-bedroom condo in Mililani for $518,000 with the opportunity to add their own style and build sweat equity over time.
And the work didn’t stop once we got under contract. During escrow, we negotiated:
💰 $13,000 in seller credits to help buy down their interest rate
🔨 Repairs during our J-1 period so there was even less to worry about after closing
Now they’re married, homeowners, and starting this next chapter of life together under a roof they can truly call their own 🥹🤍🏡💍
