I am honored to have earned my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, a process I began in 2022. The CRS is the highest credential awarded to Residential Real Estate Agents, focusing on advanced expertise in sales, marketing, and technology. CRS designees represent less than 4% of all Realtors® due to rigorous experience and education requirements.

In 2018, early in my career, I met an agent who encouraged me to pursue this distinction, emphasizing that CRS designees represent the highest standards of dedication and professionalism in our industry. That encouragement stayed with me throughout this journey.
