I started investing in 2014 using some of the equity from my principal residence and by 2017 I was able to purchase my third investment/income property (including my principal residence that was my fourth property). It was because of my passion for investing in real estate that I decided to become a realtor so that I could help others achieve their dream of property ownership. I was recently honored to be four times nominated by my selling and buying clients for the 2021 Aloha Aina Realtor award given out by the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
