How to find your dream home in Hawaii - even if you’re not in Hawaii.

We recently helped a California couple buy their home in Hawaii. One of them was born and raised here, moved to California, and had a goal to move back on island. Here are the 9 steps we went through:

1) They contacted us after seeing our videos on Instagram and TikTok.

2) We set up a zoom call to discuss their preferences and made a game plan to get what they wanted.

3) We emailed them listings that matched their criteria as soon as they hit the market.

4) We spent a great deal of time showing them neighborhoods and properties via Facetime.

5) Once they found the home that they loved, we carefully showed them the home on many more occasions via Facetime.

6) We reviewed the purchase contract with them, and they signed all documents electronically from the comfort of their own home.

7) They came out for a professional inspection.

8) We did the final walkthrough just before closing via Facetime.

9) All the closing documents were signed via mobile notary from their home in California. We made sure that they had a thorough understanding of all the documents they were signing.
