Bev's Realty Bev began her real estate career in 1989, focused on residential sales. In 2005, she was asked to purchase a retiring property manager's business.

She does have a balance of property management accounts along with buyers and sellers who need her service. Posting rental vacancies and listings for sale. Also provide real estate related recommendations. Find good qualified tenants for the rentals. Help Buyers find their dream home or condo. Help Sellers market their property to get the best price and to find them replacement property if needed.

Act as a foreclosure commissioner to auction off foreclosed properties. Give recommendations to clients when they need advice on all aspects of real estate. Work everyday except for a weekly break to go to art class at night and spend some time with my adult children when they are in Honolulu.
