A little late on posting these two recent homes sold! Even with the gradual slow down within the real estate market over the last year; we’re still closing sales. There are constantly new obstacles on the rise that we continue to adapt to and learn to work with. There is political turmoil, high interest rates, and buildings lacking full hurricane insurance to name a few… but we persevere! There’s still no place in the world like Hawaii 🌈
