Good morning. Hope you are having a great weekend. I wanted to share my experiences in real estate and hope that you will subscribe, like and share some of my posts.
I got a call from someone who interviewed me years ago with Pacific Business News and asked me to a quick Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for properties that she owns. She told me that one of my former students recommended that she call me for getting the CMA which I gladly did for no charge and did it in a few minutes. She apologized for bothering me because she thought I was very busy with my work as a Realtor, Team Leader for Coldwell Banker Island Properties (CBIP), owner of Abe Lee Seminars, Teacher for pre license courses, creator and teacher of Abe Lee Seminars Post License courses, and real estate developments.
I told her that is my job and I love what I am doing in the various facets of the real estate business. I am working with some wonderful clients who are buying or selling real estate and Mycah Lee, my grandson, and I are working to close the transactions. I have a friend who I have known for over 40 years and he and wife and son are buying a home in Mililani. The listing agent was my former student and former agent and he was terrific in working with us. Thank you Matt Kirk of Corcoran Properties. Another client is closing on a condo that he owns and we are closing this week. The right buyer came along and it was perfect for what he was looking for. It was great working with Kaniela Kimura of Engel and Volkers as the buyer's agent. A former student passed the school and state test and has some clients that she is working with and was too busy to help her. She joined the Coldwell Banker referral company and asked us to list a property for her client. Mycah and I listed the property for her and we were fortunate to go into escrow right away and my student/agent is getting a referral fee when we close.
I have posted over 300 short videos on the YouTube Abe Lee Seminars Prelicense Course site. It is free for the public to learn about the real estate principles and practices of Hawaiian real estate.
