Aloha and Happy New Year,
Reflecting on 2025, I want to pause and say thank you. This season is a reminder of how important connection truly is. Time with family, friends, and the people who make life feel full, especially here in Hawaiʻi. Looking back on the past year, I feel incredibly grateful. Both personally and professionally, it has been a year of growth, reflection, and meaningful moments.
One highlight of the year for our team was that Compass once again ranked #1 in the United States by sales volume for the fourth consecutive year. Being part of a strong national platform allows us to offer our clients the best in class marketing, technology, and support while still providing the personal guidance and care that matters most.
This year, Abby, Gina, and I were nominated for a 2025 Aloha ʻĀina Realtor Award, an honor that truly means a great deal to us because the nominations come directly from clients. To be recognized by the people we serve is deeply humbling, and it reinforces why we do what we do.
We were also fortunate to celebrate several standout moments as a team, including record breaking sales in Pualei Circle, Diamond Head, Mānoa, Kakaʻako, and Hawaiʻi Kai. These results come from careful preparation, honest guidance, and a deep understanding of each neighborhood we represent.
What continues to matter most to me is the trust my clients place in The Bailey Group. Buying or selling a home is rarely just a transaction. It is emotional, personal, and often tied to major life changes. Being invited into that process is something I never take lightly.
Many of you know how much my Italian roots mean to me, and that influence carries into how we operate as a team. At The Bailey Group, we believe in Artigianalità. Doing things with care, pride, and attention to detail. Quality matters. Craft matters. And how something is done matters just as much as the result. As we look ahead, our guiding mindset for 2026 is Andare Oltre. To go further. To take thoughtful risks, to consistently do just a little more, and to keep improving so we can serve our clients even better.
