Home Exemption Filing Deadline is SEPTEMBER 30th!!!

A home exemption can reduce the taxable value of a home by $120,000 for homeowners who qualify. This amount increases to $160,000 if the homeowner is 65 years or older.

Call me or email me to claim your home-owners exemption by the Sep. 30 deadline and I provide you with the Parcel ID (Tax Map Key) needed to file your exemption. Doing so helps you avoid paying a higher property tax rate next year. Homeowners can file online at www.realpropertyhonolulu.com.
